Gnome box at bottom of page

User:Junkyardsparkle added the GNOME box at the bottom of the page. Please justify this. RawTherapee is not promoted as "a GNOME application", it's just a project that happens to use GTK+. The box shows four main categories: Community, People, Applications, Platform Architecture. There is a Graphics sub-category under Applications and RawTherapee isn't in it, so what is the point of having that whole box there at all?
