Who is drawing #13, 14 & 15?

edit

I agree that circumstantial evidence, including general series announcements, Kurtis Wiebe's twitter, and Stepan Sejic's announcement of intense work on Sunstone all point to Tess Fowler & Tamra Bonvillain doing the art for the next few issues.

But the most authoritative source I can find, Image Comics' web pages for #13, #14, and #15, all say cover and art by Stepan, and mention no other art contributors.

Of course, they also say stupid shit like #13 is due Nov. 18. Can we just conclude those pages are massively out of date and wrong? You'd think a publisher would be on top of this stuff... 71.41.210.146 (talk) 08:43, 28 October 2015 (UTC)Reply

Update needed regarding hiatus

edit

Page needs to be updated to reflect the fact that the comic is now on indefinite hiatus, and that #17 has not been released. See http://www.theouthousers.com/index.php/news/135104-eisner-nominated-rat-queens-goes-on-hiatus.html/ Rafaelloaa (talk) 21:55, 18 July 2016 (UTC)Reply

The hiatus is already mentioned, but I made some updates.  Sandstein  11:03, 19 July 2016 (UTC)Reply

Neon Static

edit

I've added the upcoming one-shot "What if?" story to the table of issues. All I could find on this was Kurtis Wiebe's post on Reddit. I figure it'll show up in next month's solicitations and we can add the usual Image Comics citation then. —Hellboybookeeper (talk) 06:34, 25 February 2018 (UTC)Reply

Rat Queens Vol.1 #11

edit

@81.158.74.37: What kind of source is "'Rat Queens Vol.1 #11"? Jerm (talk) 22:57, 6 April 2020 (UTC)Reply

Do not currently have access my issues, due to lock down, had to worked out which issue Braga joins the group and questions their lifestyles81.158.74.37 (talk) 23:15, 6 April 2020 (UTC)Reply

Have you ever read this comic or even know the source material at all? You have never edited this page before today? 81.158.74.37 (talk) 23:18, 6 April 2020 (UTC)Reply

@81.158.74.37: So it's a comic book then. Based on your edit, you are inserting your own interpretation/commentary which is a violation of WP:NOTESSAY, and therefore, original research. Support the content you added with a reliable source that's not a comic book/your own interpretation. Jerm (talk) 23:22, 6 April 2020 (UTC)Reply

After doing another check I got source wrong its "Rat Queens Vol.2 1-2", infact the whole of "High Fantasies" is probably a better source as its after she joins the group and the issues following she frequently questions their actions and lifestyles. 81.158.74.37 (talk) 23:23, 6 April 2020 (UTC)Reply

Check other comic book lore pages, you will find listing issues are fine source for this info, also as you do not even understand any of this material you are not in any position to call anything "original research". 81.158.74.37 (talk) 23:26, 6 April 2020 (UTC)Reply

@81.158.74.37: Stop interpreting comic books, that is original research. Can your provide a reliable source like a professional comic book reviewer? A link would be nice. Jerm (talk) 23:27, 6 April 2020 (UTC)Reply

This not original research at all, now you are sound like chronic bad faith and i'n not listening, look at other comic book lore page to see how these thing are done. 81.158.74.37 (talk) 23:29, 6 April 2020 (UTC)Reply

@81.158.74.37: Do you have a link or not to a reliable source? Jerm (talk) 23:31, 6 April 2020 (UTC)Reply
Per a request for additional comments at WT:COMICS, let me start by saying that I haven't read Rat Queens. IP, could you please clarify how much of this edit is clear from the comics? Language like "evident in the fact she owns her own home" makes it sound like the claims preceding it ("she is the only one who knows how to save, properly invest and look after money") are your interpretation. Personally, I've known several home owners who are bad with money, and several renters who are good at it. Unless a character in the comic actually says in a word balloon "she's better with money than the rest of us because she owns her own home", the comic can't be a source for that claim. • Comment I think the IP is just going to revert first after the page protection expires then respond. Or respond first but still revert as soon as pp expires. Jerm (talk) 16:44, 7 April 2020 (UTC)Reply
Let's see what happens after it expires. CLCStudent (talk) 18:37, 7 April 2020 (UTC)Reply

@Jerm and CLCStudent: Just in case you were not aware IPs are immune to pings, so there's no point in pinging us. They probably already have this page pseudo-watchlisted, but if you really want to make sure you can always use {{talkback}}, just so you're in the know. Braga

edit

Braga has on several occasions been shown to be far more stable in her home, financial and mental self:

Own and maintains her own home / The others rent and frequently throw party's that trash's the place. Does not use drugs or have any other dangerous habits / The others heavy drinker and/or drug users that frequently get themselves in danger as a result. Is the only one the voice concern over entering a notorious haunted grave yard at night / The others are too drunk to think of it as anything other then amusing. Has good understanding of money tires to tell the other about importance of equity / One asks why she is using strange words Questions how they have done so many quest and yet have no money / The comics plot is generally about how they have got into debt and must work there way out. Has been show to have stable relationships and love life / Many of the early stories were about how the rest of the town hated them for getting drunk and violent all the time and the strain personal relationships this caused. 81.158.74.37 (talk) 23:11, 6 April 2020 (UTC)Reply

81.158.74.37 your interpretation may or may not be valid, the problem is that per WP:PRIMARY A primary source may only be used on Wikipedia to make straightforward, descriptive statements of facts that can be verified by any educated person with access to the primary source but without further, specialized knowledge. ... Do not analyze, evaluate, interpret, or synthesize material found in a primary source yourself; instead, refer to reliable secondary sources that do so, for other statements a secondary source must be provided. Given that someone disagrees with your addition it is likely that it goes beyond the realm of a straightforward descriptive statement. I also encourage you to review MOS:FICTION to learn more about how to write in this area, and to peruse Category:FA-Class Comics articles to see examples of well written articles.
Part of the problem is that this article is a bit messy, it's easy to understand how from looking at other character descriptions that have only primary sources you would make a change along those same lines, however even if those other sections are also violations of MOS:PASI, the correct thing to do would be to fix the existing entries and not make a new addition with the same issues.
Relatedly, do not edit war, edit-warring is inherently disruptive. You made a bold addition, it was reverted, you are now discussing (see WP:BRD). You should not re-add the material without consensus. However, if so desired you may seek a WP:3O or file a request at WP:DRN, thank you.
