Route 1 edit

The railroad can't stop at Route 1 in East Brunswick becuase Route 1 doesn't pass through East Brunswick - do you mean North Brunswick or New Brunswick instead?--138.89.111.149 22:08, 7 June 2006 (UTC)Reply

Inappropriate tone edit

The History section needs major editing to be suitable for an encyclopedia article. It reads like a novel. JGHowes talk - 04:39, 7 October 2007 (UTC)Reply

  • I've done a major edit of this article for tone and conciseness, especially cutting the novel-like account of the May, 1889, Sayreville altercation to be more encyclopedic. JGHowes talk - 08:30, 7 December 2007 (UTC)Reply

Time Periods edit

Is there a way we can merge the time periods into eras or something? Possibly:

  • 1890-1914
  • World War I
  • Interbellum
  • World War II
  • Post War
  • Conrail

I think I might look into doing this. It would make for a better article. --Metallurgist (talk) 02:59, 10 August 2010 (UTC)Reply
