What was the fix? edit
The article describes the problem--LoX and fuel venting, combined with a flimsy cover over the umbilical connection. But it doesn't say what the fix was (apparently it was not to do s.t. other than vent at booster separation, because that is said to have been observed. Mcswell (talk) 02:19, 28 February 2024 (UTC)
