There are certain mischievous elements who are posting false information related to Ramdasia on Wikipedia.

There are only two communities in India which belong to Weaver Caste. 1)KabirPanthis and 2) Ramdasias.

Kabirpanthis mostly comprise of Hindus and were followers of Bhagat Kabir.

Ramdasia's on the other hand mostly comprises of Sikhs and hence known as Ramdasia Sikhs rather than Ramdasia.

Most of the Weavers from ancient India became followers of Sikhism following teachings of equality by 4th Sikh Guru Ramdas and hence known as Ramdasias.

Guru Ramdas worked extensively to remove evil of casteism from the society. Although Bhagat Kabir was himself a muslim and belonged to weaver community, there are several holy versus of Bhagat Kabir embibed in Guru Granth Sahib.

Sikhism worked towards equality of all human beings.
