Individual schools generally get their own articles and it seems the article Rajkiya Pratibha Vikas Vidyalaya, Shalimar Bagh, Delhi has been much improved since then. • Should not be merged This particular school is performing well and is very famous (it was ranked no. 6 in India's best Govt. schools). I agree that there are more such schools in Delhi and they have poor coverage, but instead of merging this article more articles can be created for the rest of the schools.
