Re-write or delete edit
This article contains no verifiable references, and in its present form should be deleted.
I propose to expand it to discuss in detail how rain how rainbow holograms work, and provide proper referencing. This may, however, take some time.

- I have changed this article so it now explains how rainbow holograms are made and how they work. This is not in the main holography article, and I don't think it should be there. I believe that the articles no longer need to be merged.
- I have added diagrams as requested in a previous comment.
