I have re-written the page, as a new railroad network is being built and thus "rail transport in Ethiopia" is no longer synonymous with the Addis Ababa Djibouti railroad. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Simfan34 (talk • contribs) 03:11, 26 September 2010 (UTC)Reply

What length freight trains will operate on the new system?

Passenger trains?

Brakes are almost certainly to be Air Brake or ECPB.

What type coupler (railway) would be used?

This is annoying. The EAE is great for stuff like this, but the volume with the "Railways" article isn't available online at all. Anyone have a university library handy? — $Llywelyn II$ 14:16, 17 March 2014 (UTC)Reply
