The article was created by an editor who added this image (https://commons.m.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Ragy_Thomas_photo.jpg) to the wiki commons. Either the author or Ragy Thomas himself given the consent through OTRS. This implies a close connection between the uploader and the subject. Akv007 (talk) 14:38, 14 May 2020 (UTC)Reply
@Akv007: it’s very easy to email a company to get a photo when one has gone to the trouble of creating an article. I’ve only had a couple of people refuse or ignore me. If you spent any time looking at my article creation history you’d know that. You’d also understand that if you had more editing and BLP article creation experience yourself. If you keep on with your disruptive editing in this area, I’m going to request a topic ban, and since you’re not doing much other editing, an administrator could decide to completely ban you for a period of time. I removed this from the article because it wasn't being used as a reference but instead as evidence of notability. It looks like a puff piece, but might be useful. --Hipal (talk) 16:38, 24 September 2022 (UTC)Reply
