Typo Fix

It's my first time editing an article in Wikipedia, and the only thing that confuses and concerns me the most is the misuse of the word species in the sentence "the largest flower among the Rafflesia species found in the Philippines". I am most certain that it must be genus instead of species, given that the genus of the Rafflesia schadenbergiana is Rafflesia.

I don't see this as a typo and have restored the prior version. I think it was fine as it was: "among the species" rather than "among a genus". That Rafflesia is a genus is in the Speciesbox and was already in the opening sentence (though perhaps redundantly). Maybe the sentence could say something like "among the species of the Rafflesia genus", but that's likely overdoing it. Declangi (talk) 22:39, 10 July 2024 (UTC)Reply
