This is about a prominent political leader of Nepal, the late Rabindra Nath Sharma. His name is also mentioned in Kamal Thapa wikipedia, Rashtriya Prajatantra Party Nepal and several other articles. He had even held the post of finance minister of Nepal including several other posts on the Nepali Government.
