RNA pol and DNA pol edit

In the lead, you mention prokaryotic Pol III ("This enzyme complex has a more limited role than the Pol III in prokaryote cells."), which is linked to DNA polymerase III holoenzyme. I can't understand why a DNA polymerase is mentioned in an article about a RNA polymerase. They have different function in the cell: transcription and DNA replication (basically). Another problem in this subset of polymerase articles is the abbreviations Pol I, Pol II, Pol III. Are they referred to RNA pol or DNA pol? In wikipedia and in some scientific literature both solutions are found, which is not very clear.--Miguelferig (talk) 20:26, 26 August 2013 (UTC)Reply
