On 23/07/06 at 23.30hrs apx. a large search & resuce heli was in operaton in the york area, useing a night sun equipment, then landed on victoria park. no one left or contacted the air craft, while on the ground. al the crew did was to use the search light on houses. trees and on looking public. then after around 15 mins, took off flew over to the clifton ings. again useing the night sun to ground. came back flew over swinerton ave, useing night sun, in to private huses back gardens then the feild. finaly flying towards york city centre. North Yorkshire Police were around, but remained in the vehicle on ther near by main road. any one know what was going on ?? please email me pitbull1969@hotmail.co.uk many thanks neil

T101 radar is BAE Systems not Lockheed edit

Just reading entry on Boulmer and noticed error under 'Post Cold War'

The RAF Type 101 (T101) radar is a Commander AR327 3D air defence radar manufactured by BAE Systems - not Lockheed. This is common knowledge in UK air defence circles

So many references to support this - mostly from BAE Systems own website

No. 9 Battle Training School removed from article edit

I have removed the below sentence from the article due i am unable to find any other reference to the unit in both Lake (Flying units of the RAF, 1999) and Sturtivant (Royal Air Force flying training and support units, 1997) or any other trusted reliable source.

"In November 1943 RAF Boulmer became home to No 9 Battle Training School, in which night flying, dive-bombing, strafing, bouncer, and chase tactics were taught. As the war ended the airfield closed, reverting to agricultural use.<ref>{{cite web|title=Boulmer|url=https://www.forgottenairfields.com/airfield-boulmer-950.html|website=Abandoned, forgotten and little know airfields in Europe|accessdate=5 July 2016}}</ref>"
