2000-2001 Quarter Composition

I tried to make a change and it was reverted, and I have better things to do than try again. However, the current composition table is incomplete. Some 2000-2001 quarters are mostly Ni, based on my own measurements with XRF. http://www.saskatooncoinclub.ca/articles/02a_coin_specs.html also indicates this. If the keepers of this page prefer to keep it wrong, fine, I made the change after scratching my head at the results I got and after looking into it further. Related: Were all the centennial quarters 99.9% Ni? The two I have tested (by XRF) are. If so, that might warrant mention in the section about them as well. Wikipedia is built on the use of reliable sources. Posts from a coin club are clearly not reliable, and neither is one's own research using a magnet. —Joeyconnick (talk) 17:03, 22 November 2021 (UTC)

I asked the Canadian Mint about this and they (belatedly) wrote back indicating that "According to the Coins of Canada book, the 25-cent coins from 2000-2001 are composed of pure nickel." They did not, however, amend their web page at https://www.mint.ca/store/mint/about-the-mint/25-cents-5300010. Perhaps if someone has that book they can confirm; I am not a coin enthusiast, and do not have that book.Robert Rossi (talk) 12:16, 21 February 2022 (UTC)

Table Format

Expand the Single Commemorative Designs table width. By relocating the table below the article's large Coin image at the top, the table could be expanded such that the Notes column is to the full width of the article. This would allow the column with the most text content, to be more aesthetically presented across the page rather than squished vertically in a thin column. Small Change to "Commemorative reverses" Section

I want to remove the word "bizarre" from the following, "This resulted in a bizarre international incident..." In my opinion, it is editorializing.
