Quadrennial? edit

So, yeah, it does mean every four years, which means the article should be clearer about why there were QDRs in 1996, 2000, 2001, 2006, 2010. That looks like intervals of +4, +1, +5, and +4 years to me. 70.250.190.30 (talk) 19:03, 18 September 2010 (UTC)Reply
