Pyrheliometer

edit

I have removed the reference to Pyrheliometer because it might be confusing. Pyrometry is the measurement of temperature (analogous to volts) but, if I understand it correctly, a pyrheliometer measures quantity of radiation (analogous to amperes). Is this right? The point that a black body is a non-emitter is incorrect. A black body is one where the absorptivity equals the emissivity equals unity. I have changed the text accordingly and given a reference.
