Wikipedia doesn't carry promotionally written articles whether they are about notable topics or not! —Largo Plazo (talk) 17:33, 26 November 2015 (UTC)Reply

Multiple issues and speedy deletion proposal

edit

I found multiple issues in this article including covert and open advertising. I also doubt the notability of this article as it is a minor software applications for dating purposes, one of the hundreds online. Does it have to be on Wikipedia? I stopped short of proposing the deletion of this article at this time but if the issues are not resolved, I might do it later. My major concerns are: 1) Advertising - the test is very promotional starting from the first sentences 2)The notability - the links I checked, do not really prove that the company is notable and deserves a place on Wikipedia. If we approve this page, then we must accept hundreds of unnoticed applications like this. Generally, if the issues are not resolved, I propose to delete it — Preceding unsigned comment added by Besamemucho13 (talkcontribs) 19:10, 20 August 2019 (UTC)Reply

If you check the history, you'll see that a request for speedy deletion on the grounds of promotion has already been declined. It could use more trimming and neutralizing. Probably half the "history" section is written as a snapshot of conditions at the time of writing that are of a volatile nature and certainly not true now, so that language should be removed. The only reason to delete the article would be on the grounds of a lack of notability. For that, see WP:AFD (paying mind to WP:BEFORE) on initiation of a deletion discussion.
