How is the inauguration of Barack Obama a public health emergency?
I don't declare them - I'm just quoting the newspapers. I would guess that when large numbers of people pack a town and terrorism is a worry, some of the emergency response might be readied in advance of a potential incident. Mike Serfas (talk) 04:14, 1 May 2009 (UTC)Reply
