Why did they name the 2007 scale "modified NAPSI". There was already a publication in 2005 that reported their proposed scale as "modified NAPSI". Why would they name their scale as if validation of theirs first makes them entitled to rewrite the definition of nail psoriasis? In 2005 there was clearly a classification schema named "modified NAPSI".[1] Then they proceed to name their system the by a name that has already been applied.[2]. Medicine would likely advance further if knowledge was not purposely labeled to create confusion.

Steroids edit
