Prudential demutualization case study edit

I added an external link to my Prudential Case Study analysis of their demutualization. While slightly opinionated and written in 2001 (during the demutualization process), it is factual. Information was derived from their own demutualization documents, now no longer available on their website. (I maintained copies.) Another editor should review for appropriateness. 2*6 23:15, 3 January 2007 (UTC)Reply

Discussion edit

Shouldn't there be some reference here to the fact that Prudential is outsourcing it's American jobs to India in order to make themselve more competitive so they can sell more Americans there products? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 97.103.42.179 (talk) 01:28, 16 June 2010 (UTC)Reply
Shouldn't there be some reference here to the 1990s scandals chronicled in Kurt Eichenwald's book, Serpent on the Rock? --Christofurio 00:20, 24 July 2007 (UTC)Reply
It does seem a rather odd omission. This was one of the largest financial scandals in US history, and it's not even mentioned? As well as the book mentioned, you could start from this NYT search 60.242.130.196 08:26, 24 September 2007 (UTC)Reply
agreed, considering the scope of Prudential's fraud, it should merit at least a paragraph. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 71.106.161.223 (talk) 07:33, 29 October 2007 (UTC)Reply
We need facts to back these details Lbparker40 (talk) 23:32, 7 December 2007 (UTC)Reply
Added a section on the fraud. Request review and expansion on the material. Inomyabcs (talk) 20:32, 18 September 2009 (UTC)Reply
I removed the verification tag. These two paragraphs are well documented and include nearly half of the references of the entire article. The fraud at Pru-Bache was actually occurring during the 80's, according to Eichenwald, regarding the first comment here. 70.123.130.83 (talk) 03:03, 9 May 2010 (UTC)Reply
