I would like to change the title of the Wiki Article from Prudent Investment to Prudent Investment Rule. How is that possible? Also, I have included additional citations, and made it less "essay"-like. This was not copy written from the articles that were suggested in the "Delete" notice. I was using Rate-of-return regulation Wiki page as a guideline for creating article. I would like to argue that this page not be deleted. GlobalNRG30 (talk) 16:39, 16 April 2014 (UTC)GlobalNRG30Reply
You can move the article using the dropdown menu marked with a little triangle in the upper right part of the page. You can comment at the deletion discussion as to why it shouldn't be deleted by clicking on the link in the template on the page. You copy/pasted an awful lot of this article from stuff on the web, though, and it's not clear that there's a unified topic here. You might be better off doing small edits in other articles to get used to working on Wikipedia before you try creating an article of this magnitude.— alf laylah wa laylah (talk) 17:04, 16 April 2014 (UTC)Reply
