Almost entire article based on Bracken's analysis of it? edit

I'm wondering if that makes the article qualified for the single source template. I'm particularly concerned that Bracken makes a number of bold statements about the wargame's outcome but the outcomes and the timeline of the scenario listed in the report has not been declassified.   • I've been reading through the article and I agree with this three year old take on the matter. Some very bold statements are made despite the fact the exercise is still very classified.
