Too technical edit
This article has been flagged as being too technical, and requires a good dose of Plain English copyediting. Please see WP:EXPLAINLEAD for the approach needed to add clarity to the introductory paragraph of a technical article, whilst not losing content for more advanced readers. As it stands, it is unclear what the topic is about, requiring too many other wikilinks to be followed in order to make any sense of it. I have tried too make a number of good-faith copy edits and spelling corrections, in the hope they will make it slightly easier to understand. But as someone with a good scientific and technical background, I still remain unsure whether these have helped or not, or indeed what the article is really trying to communicate.
