I believe this article could benefit from some a brief discussion of methods used to design and express tagged proteins. Also, I believe some protein tags only function when appended to a specific terminus, if so that information should be discussed as well. Hsa-mir-122 (talk) 20:01, 30 September 2013 (UTC)Reply
