On capitalization: it's not a matter of what "you say" or what "I say", but a matter of what the [guide] says. "Protein S deficiency" is not a proper noun, and it should not be uppercased. If you'd like to start a discussion on whether disease names are capitalized, that's the talk page to do it on. Disease names are not proper nouns, and unlike proteins named for proper nouns, like "factor V Leiden", is not capitalized.
