Vitamins? edit
Quote: Promite is made from vegetables and yeast extract, and is high in various B vitamins.
Are the B vitamins natural or are they artificially added? Please insert that information into the article, thanks. Maikel (talk) 10:30, 18 August 2009 (UTC)
Vitamins removed edit
As it stands, this section is self-contradictory (or asserts that the company's statement is a lie). The vitamins the company claims to have removed are then listed among the vitamins that remain in the product. Either the section needs correcting, or the company's perfidy should be clearly spelled out. Koro Neil (talk) 21:57, 20 June 2018 (UTC)

Dear [redacted]
Thank you for contacting us regarding PROMITE 290g.
We make Promite® at the Mars Food factory on the Central Coast of NSW. The Aussie sandwich spread has been enjoyed by millions of people since the 1950’s, and we continue to prioritise top-quality and great-taste for our consumers.
In 2013, we removed vitamins Thiamin (B1), Riboflavin (B2) and Niacin (B3), as well as two flavour enhancers, and found this to benefit some consumers sensitive to those vitamins, without impacting taste or texture.
I hope this information helps to answer your question and that you can continue to enjoy Promite®.
Yours faithfully
Glenn Carruthers
