human resources edit

Wouldn't HR also be an operational service? Paleorthid 16:58, 7 April 2006 (UTC)Reply

External Links edit

The links in this section just seem to be spam, and don't add anything to the article. I am deleting this section. Recurring dreams 10:23, 27 June 2007 (UTC)Reply

Sources, authoritative writing edit

There are few credible sources despite a reasonable amount being available. The article overweighs on small, niche contractors when PSFs are more classically major law and accounting firms, along with other actual 'professionals' — Preceding unsigned comment added by Natttam (talkcontribs) 10:12, 3 June 2012 (UTC)Reply

Cleanup and rewrite edit

Cleaned-up and reworte the article to address the main issues, in particular adding inline references, improving the introduction, checking the relevance of content, and organising the structure. Although the article length is not substantial, much of the content on this topic is specific to each professional service and wikilinks to relevant pages are included in the article. --Whizz40 (talk) 11:53, 26 August 2013 (UTC)Reply

Professional Services ≠ Profession edit

There seems to be a lot of confusion here between professional services and a Profession. Professional services specifically provide support to businesses, and include legal work, auditing, accounting and management consultancy. Architects, engineers, doctors and dentists are not occupations within professional services. These are professionals (an entirely different concept) 31.221.1.106 (talk) 09:49, 24 January 2018 (UTC)Reply
