Talk:Prince George's County Public Schools Magnet Programs

Improving NPOV presentation edit

The type of wording which catches my eye in this regard would be phrases such as "demographics of the county had dramatically shifted", "also came sweeping changes to the school systems much vaunted". I'd tone those down, and provide sources to show numbers (US Census, etc), for how large the change is. Let the reader decide for themselves if they're large. Lack of sources edit

There's a lot of words here, which one would assume come from a few sources. Identifying those, and providing footnotes on the features would be a good place to start. Tedickey (talk) 10:50, 27 November 2009 (UTC)Reply

I agree. Could you elaborate a bit more on what could be done to improve the quality of the article? Pretty much ALL of the information came from a PGPCS booklet on the magnet schools programs, as well as information they have posted online, on their site. 68.247.239.218 (talk) 22:25, 30 November 2009 (UTC) Maryland Pride (talk) 22:27, 30 November 2009 (UTC)Reply

well, I don't have the booklet. A pointer to the website would help. Tedickey (talk) 22:31, 30 November 2009 (UTC)Reply
I can list a direct link to the magnet schools webpage, somewhere near the bottom of the article. Maryland Pride (talk) 02:17, 4 December 2009 (UTC)Reply
That's a start. It would also help if there were third-party sources discussing the topic Tedickey (talk) 11:52, 4 December 2009 (UTC)Reply
