What is the functional difference between the Standing Committee and the Presidium of the National People's Congress? Are memberships in each the same people. Furthermore, is every memeber of the State Council also a member of these two groups? It'd be worthwhile to differentiate the three bodies along the lines of their composition and legal function. --Criticalthinker (talk) 11:23, 24 December 2021 (UTC)
