Talk:President Bush

The assumption that the current President Bush, the 43rd, would always be address while in office as "Mr. President", thus leaving the title "President Bush", as a form of address, to his father, was once included on this page. While a nice idea, this is simply not strictly followed, even in formal situations. For evidence, see the resignation letter of Justice O'Connor, beginning, "Dear President Bush."
