I started this article and would appreciate it if you could help me to flesh it out. I'm especially keen on the history of those systems: when did which system come about? Who invented them?
I have incorporated information about the carbonation tester from the article Premixed soft drink. I have also closed that article (no offence, I hope) because I thought it more practical to deal with both pre- and postmix in a single article.
