Hi, Zigomar7. All philosophers identify three operations of the mind: first operation (conceiving); second operation (judging); and, third operation of the mind (reasoning).^[1] The second operation of the mind involves "the affirmation that a thing which we conceive is such or is not such".^[1] Predication is typical in this process.^[2] By the way, I can reply to your message faster if you will ping or mention my user name.
