With aluminium both are used. Maybe this can be a part of this article? http://www.alueurope.eu/talat/lectures/1204.pdf figure 1204.03.14

The section "Theory" seems to contain several phrases that are 1:1 copies from the book "Mechanical Behavior of Materials: Second Edition" by Thomas H. Courtney, Waveland Press, down to referring to non-existing pictures. https://books.google.co.uk/books?isbn=1478608382 Pbro (talk) 20:05, 15 April 2018 (UTC)Reply

IMHO the five edits following this one https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Precipitation_hardening&diff=prev&oldid=782219418 are suspicious. I could trace parts of edit https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Precipitation_hardening&diff=prev&oldid=782226316 to the figure caption 5.18 of Courtney's book. Figure caption 5.22 is also used in the article. --Pbro (talk) 20:36, 15 April 2018 (UTC)Reply
