Portia Sin

I suppose that is a comment about the SARS outbreak at the Amoy Gardens high-density housing complex, and "small potato" is a colloquialism referring to a person who played some minor role in that event. To include something about that on this page, there should be some article on Wikipedia that mentions that person (or some sourced assertion of notability). The fact that the person is referred to as a "small potato" may indicate a lack of apparent notability. Comment about a dog that is asserted to be clever

I really can't figure out what that comment is talking about. I checked the version of the article that was current at the time that comment was made, and couldn't find any mention of a clever dog on it (or any dog, for that matter). —BarrelProof (talk) 16:28, 16 May 2014 (UTC)
