Do you have any references for such a claim? as far as I know no plasticity was found in PN neurons. It is true, though, that the activity in the PN changes following learning of motor skills, as a result from learning-related changes in the Amygdala, Hippocampus, and most important reciprocal connections to the Cerebellum (PN-Deep Nucleus (DN)-PN, PN-Purkinje-DN-PN). —Preceding unsigned comment added by 89.138.110.226 (talk) 13:11, 31 July 2010 (UTC)Reply
