Talk:Poltair School

Centenary and alumni edit

Whilst the older buildings on the school's site date from the early 20th century, the school in its current name and form, i.e. Poltair as a comprehensive school, has only existed since 1971. The school site in Trevarthian Road was formerly occupied by St Austell Grammar School, an entirely separate (and now extinct) institution. John Nettles and A. L. Rowse were both alumni of the Grammar School, not Poltair School.
