Independent, Dependent or Alien?

Hi,

I'm hoping to put Polsloe Priory on a template that lists the Benedictine houses of England and Wales. However, I need to know whether Polsloe was an Independent Priory, a Dependent Priory or an Alien Priory. Does anyone know?
