Given that Russia, India and Ukraine are industrialized countries and that the information dates from the past, the following sentence should be changed from: In the 2007 issues the ten top nominees, already industrialized countries excluded, are located in Azerbaijan, China, India, Peru, Russia, Ukraine and Zambia. to: In the 2007 issues the ten top nominees, already industrialized countries excluded, were located in Azerbaijan, China, Peru and Zambia. Furthermore, I don't see the rationale for excluding industrialized countries, so they should be included in that enumeration, too. 167.88.21.118 (talk) 05:11, 9 March 2016 (UTC)

Climatic conditions are deteriorating day by day. The duration of winter season has also reduced to a few weeks only. Multiple factors have contributed to this global change. • The contemporary issue that needs to be raised by Pakistan at the international forum is India’s rapidly-escalating emission of GHG, which, in the coming decade, is expected to rise from three trillion cubic feet, as of 2010, to four trillion cubic feet by 2025. • India’s malevolent strategy of extensive utilisation of coal-powered electricity has adversely affected Pakistan. It is relatively cheaper and hence India would never replace it with green technology. • Its domino effect has not only destroyed the climate of Pakistan but has also caused epidemic outbreak of emphysema, lung cancer, asthma and heart attacks. • Serious notice must be taken immediately of this neglected issue, with some vigilant steps to halt this scheme by India against us. • Muneeza Butt
