It seems like the content in this article should reflect the elections held about 5 months ago and their effects on the political environment of Israel, instead of showing 4 year old information. --109.160.228.15 (talk) 18:52, 4 June 2013 (UTC)

In the "Prime Ministers since 1996" section it is told that Naftali Bennett is the current prime minister, while he was replaced by Yair Lapid in July 2022 DirtyPotatoEditor (talk) 19:45, 23 October 2022 (UTC)

1978-1995 New heading edit
This significant time period is missing from the article. This nearly twenty year period contains, among other things, the Settler movement, the first Intifada and Oslo - all three having had a major impact on how Israeli politics got to where it is today.
I propose adding the heading and a note requesting a qualified historian submit suggestions for its content.
