Suggestion

I don't have time to do it right now (and frankly, I'm annoyed that some things I've written have been removed for not citing enough sources; my PhD committee expected less than random commentators on wikipedia), but I really think the U.S. sections should be expanded. Beginning with political cartoons in the U.S. and then political satire in theatre during the Depression, this article really needs more. (And I'd give a shout-out to Tom Lehrer as well!). I could write it, but I've been told not to add things without citing sources and that turns a 30-minute project into a several-day project. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Alisar (talk • contribs) 21:55, 14 January 2015 (UTC)

I honestly believe that some of the negative satire in reference to President Biden is very dangerous now at a time that we have our democracy In crisis!
