It seems this article would be better suited instead within the main page for [Immanuel Kant]. A large section of it is already contained within the article, and it doesn't seem to have much benefit from being separated. --67.142.130.48 (talk) 21:16, 30 March 2009 (UTC)Reply

Kant is the author of very important doctrine Rechtsstaat which is now on the rise in many continental legal system countries. His political and legal philosophy need the separate article.--Pierpietro (talk) 12:23, 1 September 2011 (UTC)Reply
