140 angstroms squared: To me this statement is readable in two ways:

either a surface is meant measuring 140*10^-10 m. wide and 140*10^-10 m long, multiplying to 1.96*10^-16 m²
or a total surface of 140*10^-20 m² is meant.

AS there is a slight difference between the two values, some disambiguation would be helpful.T.vanschaik (talk) 13:43, 23 January 2015 (UTC)Reply
