Should it be clarified that a Design and Access statement is not required for all applications, notably Changes of Use and a majority of householder works (i.e not in a Conservation Area)?? 90.194.143.134 04:26, 9 December 2006 (UTC)Reply

Yes you are correct. Quite a lot of this page is very specific and potentially missleading as it will or may not apply in some cases, and is apt to become out of date rapidly. I will have a go at it in a few days.--212.87.70.50 17:52, 15 December 2006 (UTC)Reply
