What "deletion" are you referring to? It was proposed for deletion by another editor this January, and that deletion was declined (Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Pisal). There is no current proposed deletion; what is your concern? MatthewVanitas (talk) 14:09, 15 March 2011 (UTC)

Hi Rahul (I'm assuming that's you personally, nobody else is that interested in promoting you here),

As I said in the wiki comment, please stop your persistent promotional edits on this page. This isn't your or your communities page on Wikipedia. Wikipedia isn't for promotion or advertising. See WP:NOT. Encyclopedias are tertiary. That means, in short, this: We don't write about the subject of this (or any) article; instead, we write about what has been written about the subject. We paraphrase our content from reliable published sources, which we cite. In most cases, those sources should be independent and secondary.

See how to establish notability on WP:Notability. One of the ways to establish notability is to have a wiki page. You do not have that, neither you have any citable reliable source online. I am a Marathi person and I do not care if you are important or not, I must see this in a news article or a book. Cite a Sakal/Lokmat article or book on your work and maybe I'll think about allowing your name here.

Thanks for your suggestion. I am employee of aadhar and I am trying to add my boss name in this.notability doesn't mean u have to appear on any web pages or articles. Notability is within people and pisal community is a very small community and my boss have done lot of things for them and also he owns several companies which are quite popular here. So will try to add it by proper resources and also I don't require your help in allowing the name as u don't have that powers to stop anyone editing the page. So u don't have to think but I will get it added. It seems you are more interested than me . Listen Donald (really??), I do not care how noble/notable your boss (again, really? What a great employee you are.) is popular in Pisal community; all I'm asking is that you to stop promotionals edits with & conflict of interest (don't you work for this boss?). I've lived in Sangamner for few years, and I don't know this guy; (Marathi aahe mi pan!). All I care about is establishing notability, which as of yet is not done. Again, notability must be established through tertiary sources, and no, 'his companies are not popular here '. Also, I don't have to ask anyone, burden of being a public figure is on the subject in question. If you need help, here's some ideas on how to establish notability on WP:Notability. BTW, I can definitely stop disruptive edits; I've already semi-protected this page so your IP edits are already stopped. Please know that I've no vendetta against you (or your boss) personally, but I'd keep this page on my watchlist until this disruptive editing continues. Have a nice day.
