Anyone know what "mundane life" (as in "disregard for mundane life") is suppose to mean (I disregard it myself!)? I take it it's a reference to some kind of anti-materialism, but could it be clarified/sourced? Volunteer Marek 07:34, 23 September 2012 (UTC)Reply
OK, according to the Concise Oxford English Dictionary, "mundane" means 1 lacking interest or excitement, 2 of this earthly world rather than a heavenly or spiritual one. Probably 2 is the answer for your question. Now please help me understand why it is important to start this discussion. I don't think that "disregard for mundane life" is a direct quote from Gonesius' works, and it is certainly not a theological concept that needs discernment. If, after checking the English dictionary, you disagree with the concept (it is unreferenced anyway), feel free to change it to a more accurate description. As long as it is in accordance with Piotr's views, I don't think that you will find much opposition to your changes. --Jdemarcos (talk) 10:28, 24 September 2012 (UTC)Reply
