Pinocchio (2022 film) → Pinocchio (2022 animated film) – See also the requested move at Talk:Pinocchio (upcoming Disney film). I proposed that move without being aware of this article; this film can be dis-ambiguated in that it is animated (not a live-action remake of a 1940 animated film.) Pinocchio (2022 animated film) → Guillermo del Toro's Pinocchio – Consistently referred to as Guillermo del Toro's Pinocchio on Netflix, in official marketing, in the media, by reviews, etc. Eldomtom2 (talk) 16:28, 17 December 2022 (UTC)

- Support. The current title is ambiguous as against the Disney movie. Tevildo (talk) 08:49, 18 December 2022 (UTC)
- Support; this movie is, according to del Toro himself, one of his lifelong projects, and his signature direction is apparent. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Anthropophoca (talk • contribs) 05:19, 21 December 2022 (UTC)
- Support. In addition to WP:NATURALDISAMBIGUATION, there was another animated Pinocchio film released in 2022, called Pinocchio: A True Story. TuneyLoon (talk) 19:41, 21 December 2022 (UTC)

Bob Chapek 'quote' in Accolades
editIn the description of Bob Chapek's quotes in the "Accolades" section, it has "Animation is a genre for kids" in quotation marks shortly after his name. I've found no evidence that Chapek said any of those exact words in order in a publicly available source. Already reflecting this is the passage right before the "quotations" where the WP page mentions 'implied comments' - am I missing something? ThreefoldTaco (talk) 00:36, 13 March 2023 (UTC)
- It was added by an IP (shocker) here. I've removed the whole passage per WP:UNDUE and misquoting. Mike Allen 01:04, 13 March 2023 (UTC)

Box office
editAccording to our own numbers this film was a total failure at the box office. Why isn't the article talking about that? Jozsefs (talk) 07:45, 19 March 2024 (UTC)
