Earliest 'recorded' use back to 7,000 BC? edit

The article cites a quite informal book in saying that the earliest 'recorded' use goes back to 7,000 BC, without clarifying what is meant by 'recorded' here (writing did not yet exist, even in Mesopotamia and Egypt). It also makes claims about the social status of pillows during this time, citing the same book, and while this might be true, the actual claims and firm evidence of this appear this was referring to much later in Egyptian and Mesopotamian history. Can this be rectified, and a more formal source brought in? 67.243.223.135 (talk) 06:09, 9 February 2023 (UTC)Reply
