Year and date of birth?

I noted that the date of birth given in the article (March 17, 1451 – June 13, 1522) disagrees with brittanica.com which says Piero di Tommaso Soderini (born May 18, 1452, Florence Italy—died June 13, 1522, Rome, Papal States Italy).

I also noted that Treccani has two entries: Piero di Tommaso Soderini (1452-1522) written in 1936 and Piero Soderini (1451-1522) written in 2018 (1451 and 1452) Using automated translation I suppose that both entries describe the same person.
