Moment of suspension edit

one paragraph says a moment of suspension, the other says no moment of suspension. I don't know. seems like the lipizzans have a moment of suspension to me. -68.223.59.99 at 05:03, 26 May 2006

Youtube video edit

How about this bit from youtube of ANDREAS HELGSTRAND - WEG2006 Freestyle Final. Of course you *want* suspension, but really how often do you get it if you don't spend your children's inheritance? <object width="425" height="350"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/zKQgTiqhPbw"></param><param name="wmode" value="transparent"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/zKQgTiqhPbw" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" wmode="transparent" width="425" height="350"></embed></object>b_calder 23:41, 14 June 2007 (UTC)Reply

Wrong video edit

The external link for the video links to a video of the passage. The two airs are very disttinct. The link should probably be deleted. Goldfingers337 (talk) 05:07, 30 November 2007 (UTC)Reply

Retrofit topic year headers edit

02-Oct-2008: I have added subheaders above as "Topics from 2006" (etc.) to emphasize the dates of topics in the talk-page. Older topics might still apply, but using the year headers helps to focus on more current issues as well. Afterward, I dated/named unsigned comments. -Wikid77 (talk) 09:02, 2 October 2008 (UTC)Reply

Bad examples! edit

Both, the animated file and the photo, are very bad examples of a piaffe! --Andreas Hausberger 19:44, 5 April 2010 (UTC) —Preceding unsigned comment added by Conversano Isabella (talkcontribs)

But they're free! I see you added one that was better.  ;-) Welcome to wiki, where we are often stuck with poor images because all the good ones have copyrights! :-P I don't know what to do about that animation; there's another of the same horse doing the passage, it's handy to have something to illustrate the basic concept, but while I am no expert at the Piaffe, even I can see that the horse looks stressed, does not appear balanced or in rhythm, and the animation itself is jerky.
