Photius, Metropolitan of Moscow → Photius (Metropolitan of Kiev and all Rus') – He was the "Metropolitan of Kiev and all Rus'". He was not the "Metropolitan of Moscow". No such title existed until 1448 with the appointment of Jonah of Moscow by the Grand Prince of Moscow following the Union of Florence. Needs disambiguation from many other bishops called "Photius". - Reply I agree that comma is a common disambiguator for Eastern Orthodox prelates. However, the comma is really a geographical disambiguator. For type, parentheses is the correct disambiguator.
